Current reality
Admin chaos. Cash leaks.
The administrative black hole draining your weekly operating margins.

Chasing Payments
Slow, manual trade credit approvals delaying client onboarding while unpaid bills lock up working capital.

If a billing error is found, the credit note request is drafted and flagged for your team to approve.
Unified Data Streams
Connects your field apps and accounting packages, so your team stops re-entering data and gets time back for priorities.
Compliance Packs
Delivery and site documents gathered and checked automatically, so loads aren’t held up at the gate.

Figures used: current at 16 October 2026
Every default comes from an Australian source and the 2026 calendar. Where no Australian figure is published, we say it is our estimate. We recheck these every 1 July, when award wages and super change. Next review: 1 July 2027.
| Figure | Value | Basis | Current as at |
|---|---|---|---|
| Value of an hour of team time | $42 | Clerks—Private Sector Award Level 3, $31.11 an hour (38-hour week, 17.5% leave loading), plus 12% super and workers’ compensation, spread over productive hours. Fair Work Commission | Rates from 1 July 2026 |
| Super guarantee | 12% | Rate for 2026–27. ATO | 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027 |
| Minutes per supplier invoice | 16 | The ATO times the full process at 21 minutes: receipt 7, validation 2, review 7 and approval 5. We count only receipt, validation and review (16 minutes). Approval stays with your team, so it isn’t counted. ATO eInvoicing value assessment | Latest version, updated 17 October 2025 |
| Invoice entry error rate | 3.6% | Manually entered invoices with data errors to fix (ATO, as above). | Updated 17 October 2025 |
| Trading days a year | 251 | 261 weekdays in 2026, less about 10 weekday public holidays (8 to 11, depending on your state). | 2026 calendar |
| Productive hours a year (used to work out the hourly value) | 1,680 | About 1,984 paid hours in 2026 (38 hours a week), less 4 weeks’ annual leave, about 10 public holidays and 10 days’ personal leave under the National Employment Standards. | 2026 calendar |
| Example volumes | 60 / 1,200 | An example, not a typical result: 60 customer orders a day and 1,200 supplier invoices a month. Replace them with your own volumes. | – |
| Minutes per customer order | 9 | Our estimate. No Australian order-entry benchmark is published, so we use the ATO’s timings to receive and enter a document (7 minutes) and check it (2 minutes). | Based on ATO, October 2025 |
| Share of manual entry we take on | 60% | Our assumption until your audit measures it. It applies only to the entry, checking and review time above, never to your team’s approvals. | – |

FAQs
What do I actually buy?
An outcome, delivered as a service. We build, run and support the AI that does the work, like invoice matching or compliance checks, so there’s nothing for your team to build or maintain. If you need more, such as a cloud phone system or cloud hosting, we can supply and manage that too.
Will it mess up my existing software?
It’s designed not to. Our outcome-driven AI service is system-agnostic, and works as an overlay on top of your current ERPs, emails, customised reports and accounting packages, without changing how they’re currently set up.
Is my company data safe?
We take it seriously. We store the client data we work with in a secure Australian cloud and protect it with encryption and access controls. Some tools we use may process limited information outside Australia; our privacy policy explains how we handle it.
Do I need to train my staff?
Minimal training is needed. We set up, monitor and maintain the entire service for your team.
Who has the final say on payments?
You do. The AI flags the discrepancies it finds, and nothing is approved without your team.
Which ERP and accounting systems do you work with?
We work alongside the ERP and accounting systems Australian suppliers already run, whether cloud-based, on-premise or built in-house, plus email and PDF. Your free audit confirms the fit for your setup.
What can you automate first?
Most suppliers start with order entry from email and PDF, supplier invoice matching against purchase orders and deliveries, or payment follow-ups. Your free audit shows which will deliver the most value first.
Which industries do you work with?
Australian trade, industrial and wholesale suppliers: industrial supplies and MRO; plumbing, electrical and HVAC; mining, engineering and heavy industry; automotive, transport and rural; wholesale distribution; and building and construction supplies.
Is this only for large businesses?
No. It suits suppliers handling around 40 or more customer orders a day, or 1,000 or more supplier invoices a month, whatever their size.
